imgres-2Astrotech Corp., founded in 1984, completed the sales of all of its Astrotech Space Operations assets and properties for $61 million to Lockheed Martin Corp.

The Austin-based company, formerly Spacehab, provides commercial space products and services to NASA, the Department of Defense and other customers.
